Clams and Spaghetti

It's an oldie but goodie. 

Seeded diced tomatos
Red chili flakes
White wine or sake
Salt and Pepper
Extra Vigin Olive Oil

Cook pasta in heavily salted water.  Put clams in a hot pan with oil.  After a few minutes place chili and garlic until soften then tomatos. Season then the wine.  By this time pasta should be done. Drain, reserve some cooking liquid just in case the pasta is too dry.  Place spaghetti in the pan making sure pasta is well coated.  Add reserve water if necessary.  Add parsley.  Plate and finish with the Extra virgin olive oil.
